Last week the team was gathered at the winery to decide on our 2020 red-blends.
This year we harvested most of our red-grape varieties – Pinot Noir, Garnacha, Merlot, Syrah and Callet.
Is was a fantastic day with a lot of tasting and discussions and in the end we were all very excited and choose the following red blends:
BLEND 1: Pinot Noir & Callet 50/50%
BLEND 2: Grenache 85% & Merlot 15%
BLEND 3: 3 different batches of Syrah
BLEND 4: Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Noir & Callet
